      The team is really great to work with. Everyone has an opportunity to contribute and leave a mark on the company and culture. Interesting experience getting in at the ground level where you can be an integral part of the growth.

      Minpunten

      You get thrown into the fire when you start. This might be a con for some and a preference for others. The training is solid but since we are a new company a lot of processes are still being built.

      My ideas are heard here. I get to see my creativity come to life in our print and digital presence. I work on a very supportive and close-knit team that makes working for Win360 fun and rewarding.

      Minpunten

      Working with a start-up requires a lot of flexibility. Your day/week may not go the way you plan it out, so be prepared to go with the flow as things change. I personally like how each day isn't the same, but it may not work well for all.
