Management Team - for such a large company the team on site treat everyone as an invididual, and you are not just a number. If you have a problem they always try find a resolution. New trucks.

Minpunten

Payroll Errors - there are sometime issues with the pay being correct, but if you raise a query, site managment will do their best to make sure it is corrected asap. Pay is a little low for the amount of work involved. Depending on your circumstances, at peak times the work/life balance isn't great.
