Pluspunten
Firstly all the reviews of the company here are fake as I believe must be some strategy just to increase company rating. 1. No time restrictions. But some who come really late expect other employees who come on time to work till late. 2. Annual 30 leaves. 3. Good leaning in front end. But again it limited to front end only.
Minpunten
1. Management is very poor. Unprofessional staff. 2. They have hire and fire policy so don't expect much of job security here. 3. They hardly have handful of projects and no learning or growing opportunities. 4. Unhealthy work culture. People and management are not helpful. 5. Poor work life balance. They expect employees to work 9+ hours continuously. This is because of improper management. 6. Dull and boring office. Unenthusiastic culture. All work, no play. No work from home. 7. Micro management.
