Window Wear has been a great employer to me over the years. The company and the owner value a healthy work/life balance and I've been grateful to have that freedom and flexibility with this employer. The pay is excellent, the benefits package is impressive, and the office environment is friendly and conducive to my productivity. One of the things that I particularly like in an employer is that I have an employer who allows me to have my own autonomy, and isn't an overly critical micro-manager - which is why I love that at Window Wear my direct report (who is the owner) has allowed me to concentrate fully on my job functions and isn't constantly looking over my shoulder. Instead, at Window Wear I am a eager and competent employee who works hard for the company becaue I WANT the company to benefit from my work because I whole-heartedly love working here and I want nothing more than to prove to the owner that she was right in hiring me. Because Window Wear takes care of me and my family, I do work hard - not because of a demaninding employer, but because I genuinely WANT to work hard for the company in order to see the success that comes to Window Wear from the fruits of my labor. Myself and all of the other employees at Window Wear are very well taken care of - from salary to benefits and even company-funded transportation. In fact, all of the Sales and Installation employees are provided with a company vehicle for commuting to customer's homes for in-home sales appointments. I've seen the company grow since it's opening in 2015 and I've been lucky enough to meet the customers who have been very pleased with their products and the service that they've received from Window Wear. I can't even put into words how much I admire, appreciate, and respect the owner of Window Wear. She continually opens her heart and her budget to all of the employees that join the Window Wear team. Despite many employees taking advantage of her kindness in the past, she continues to offer her employees the world. There is nothing Window Wear won't do to motivate, encourage, and support their employees. There have been some employees who didn't make the cut as far as not being as highly productive and high-functioning as they should be based on their pay and compensation, and I was happy to see them leave the team because they weren't a champion for Window Wear's success. -And in my experience, that's just good business. Sometimes you have to employ a lot of bad seeds before you can find the good apples. :) Since I work so hard to help the company thrive, I don't want anyone on the team who doesn't. It's like having a group project in school - you only want the people in your group who are going to carry their weight! Because the owner works so hard herself, it is encouraged to be great at your job - and the owner will provide you with all of the tools to succceed. When I first began working for Window Wear, I had a lot to learn about the industry, products, and customer demographics. -Not only was the owner more than willing to help me learn, but she was happy to even pay for me to fly out to another state to be fully-trained on the products by the vendor. Everything on the trip was fully paid for, the amenities were great, I learned SO much about our products and I really enjoyed the trip! The owner has given me all of the tools to succeed because she does seem to genuinely want me to succeed. And whenever I have any questions or need clarity on how to prioritize my tasks, I know that I can always ask the owner and she'll be happy to help me. - And that is the Founder & CEO of the company! During my 15-year career I've never before been privileged enough at other companies not only to know the CEO - but to be able to brainstorm and learn from the CEO directly! Being able to work side-by-side with the owner is such a thrill and certainly not something I've been used to being able to do with former employers. Window Wear has been an extremely generous and supportive employer for my family and I. I would not be able to live the life that I live right now without the training, encouragement, and support that I receive from Window Wear.

Beautiful showroom that offers top brands and shows every product so it makes it easier to close sales. Owner is willing to do anything for customers and stands behind home owner satisfaction. Training is offered and encouraged. I feel I have learned a lot from working with Window Wear. Growth opportunities are tremendous, I have over 15 years of industry experience and I have never worked for a place with so much potential.

When I started there were a few employees that made it uncomfortable. They made a lot of mistakes so customers were calling and unhappy on a daily basis. The owner allowed some staff to get away with taking advantage for longer than I thought she should. But now that the negativity is gone WW is one of the greatest places I have ever worked.
