      Ho lavorato per anni presso questa azienda ( 70 km dalla mia residenza) : buon gruppo e supervisori competenti.

      Minpunten

      Per avvicinarmi a casa ho optato per una nuova attività. Non trovandomi bene e ovviamente avendo loro necessità mi riassumono con promessa nuovamente di reinserimento a tempo indeterminato. Non solo questo non avviene, vengo collocata su una commessa dove la formazione è inesistente, su un'attività mai fatta e da dove tutti si licenziano. Dopo 5 mesi con feedback quasi nulli, mi comunicano che non c'è più posto per me. Senza mettere in discussione la mia professionalità, ovviamente.

      Grazie per aver condiviso la Sua esperienza. La durata dei contratti dipende dalle esigenze operative, mentre l’onboarding viene adattato a ogni commessa con affiancamento e materiale di supporto. I nostri supervisori e team leader seguono sempre i collaboratori nel loro percorso di inserimento.

Regarding the salary level, we would like to point out that it is clearly stated in our job posting and complies with the provisions of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce (CCNL Commercio). We are committed to continuously improving the working environment by continuing with the initiatives we periodically launch for this purpose and investing in structured training programs to promote professional growth.
