I've worked at WingSwept long enough to say with confidence that this is a company that actually practices what it preaches. The leadership team runs the business with a clear mission and genuine care for employees' professional and personal growth.
The culture stands out. People play ping pong on breaks, organize sports at lunch, and actually look forward to the monthly company lunches. The break room and patio are always in use. It sounds like a startup perk list, but it's been this way consistently — it's just part of who the company is.
