It is in a niche industry and there are opportunities to travel.

Minpunten

Owned by a group of investors so the small "family owned" atmosphere is gone. Management is full of people that have recently been hired. Hourly employees have received one pay raise in the four years that the investors have owned the company. Corporate has hired several upper level management positions, newly made ones, and have bought a new building within the same year. Turnover is high, there have been two CEO's within four years, and sales people come and go.

You get to travel abroad, see new places and meet new people. You manage your own diary whilst on trips.

Minpunten

The role was micro managed, and a very small team which meant a lack of resources. Very poor management which makes the job very difficult. Not a great commission structure in place either, this was reduced quite early on. No bonuses and there was no Xmas do, which meant there was a lack of team spirit.
