Most toxic company culture I have ever witnessed. Here are some examples: - Founder being bullied out of his own company. - Board members writing childish complaints into official announcement channels and trying to reclaim company dominance by hiring puppets to destroy company culture - Banning anonymous company feedback (it's a secure messaging app) - Offering shady termination contracts to former employees who then sought legal advice (and won) - Overworking current engineers while cutting their holidays, and raising our taxes - Never getting a raise because it's "not the right time' - Dishonest communication from C level - Fake Hybrid, no incentives at all.
