Laid back, management and District management are really helpful. Account executive was annoying but really helped employees with learning products and services. Little pay. Often worked alone. Unorganized because of corporate. I started working when the store was first opening. I literally fixed fixtures and cleaned during construction. It was crazy in the beginning, but after things got settled it was just slow and busy. Marketing was up to employees, which I feel we should get paid more to do. Grand opening was pathetic. I felt like I was at work all the time, but had little money. Location sucked and it was slow and boring.
