was thinking hard and long , cannot find any ! what do you expect from a company that has staff turn over rate from 100% in one year

- micro management , no management would even be better - staff turn over rate in one year from over 100 % - juniors / kids act like manager , everyone is a head off , but is the only one in the departments - so basically yhe head off nothing - and paid a salary - similar to an intern in a "real " company - HR is busy explaining dishwasher and recycling bin instead of making sure their department actually would be running - HR has no qualified people with actual HR experience - Sales is no more than cold calling - people there call even their main competitors and try to get meetings - not even knowing their clients so the main competitors start already laughing - never seen anything more unproffessional - on every level - sometimes wondering if they plan to close the office in London - sales is travelling on the budget airlines at hours where the flights are the cheapest - everything is done cheap - accomondations while travelling are close to hostels - employees need to use their private phone for business - seems like it is already difficult to find replacement staff in certain areas - after peoples resigning - only incompetent people stay
