Management is frankly horrible: minimal professional knowledge, zero clue how to run a team, but acts in an arrogant manner. The company's own platform and AI technology are laughably bad and always hyped up as if they're groundbreaking. This place is stacked with people whose positions far exceed their competence. If you happen to be hardworking, congratulations! You’ll be rewarded with double the workload of your lazy colleagues and routine unpaid overtime. Unsurprisingly, turnover is sky-high. From GM level to even the secretaries, nobody sticks around for long. If exploitation, bluffing, and chaos disguised as work culture is your thing, you’ll fit right in. Otherwise, save yourself and run.
