Minpunten
There is very little growth opportunity within the company, a visible decline over the last 3 years outside of the odd TL or management position that pop up. Burnout can be seen and felt due to this. All other growth opportunities are being heavily delegated to Wix other offices, not Dublin. Compensation i.e. salary increase or additional stock allocation are next to unheard of and overdue for the majority of hard working staff. Prolonged pay freezes due to reported lack of budgets have been used an excuse for to this despite the company making record breaking figures across company published quarterly reviews.
