Reactie van Wonder Research
9yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I will address your points here, and if you have any follow-up questions please drop us a line at research@askwonder.com.
As with almost all freelance sites, hourly wages vary based on multiple factors. In our case, the complexity of the project is a primary consideration (i.e. more complex = higher wage). Due to the unique nature of each project, we can't and don't make "promises" on wages.
Another factor is the learning curve that new researchers have upon joining Wonder. Once a researcher has made it through our trial period (a quality control measure), they qualify for higher-paying jobs. As researchers continue to produce excellent work for our clients, they continue to have attractive money-making opportunities opened up to them on the platform. We receive positive feedback from the members of our research community on a daily basis (many experienced researchers who are making attractive wages as well as some of the new ones who are working their way up the ranks) and would certainly never pay for a positive review!
Bottom line - we are constantly working hard to improve the researcher experience, incorporating researcher feedback and releasing new tools to aid the research process on a weekly basis. Your feedback will be incorporated as well. Thanks again.
