Pluspunten
First and foremost, Wondros is dedicated to doing work that matters. From improving the inequities in health research, to encouraging all communities to vote, Wondros is behind the campaigns that make a difference in the social condition of humanity. As an employee, I feel respected, empowered, and encouraged to be creative. Diversity and inclusion is also a top priority for Wondros and that's reflected not only in the diversity of the staff but as a core value of the business. My team is incredible and supportive and respects a real work/life balance (unheard of in the ad business). I have worked at different advertising and marketing agencies throughout my career, and Wondros is by far the best.
