1. Good friendly people across the entire business including the senior execs (from the chairman to group CEO, Legal Council, group/country CTO's and HR) who do take the time and effort to listen. 2. Definitely strong leadership right at the top across key functions including Technology, Risk and New Products from the business and good to see alignment between the key leadership members. 3. Opportunities within internal teams to learn and widen knowledge but also due to good management. 4. Flexible work/life balance with trust in getting the job done.

Minpunten

1. Some premadonnas in tech that like to get their own way ... and if you question, will throw their toys out of the pram and Bcc their boss as a means of trying to get their point across. 2. Inexperience at the business partner levels of HR where it is their interactions with employees during restructures that can either leave a positive feeling for future recommendations by affected employees or one where the dissatisfaction in the way that they are treated, reflects on how they will portray the organisation in the future and hence potentially have an impact on attracting top talent in the future.
