Training is an important part of what makes Woolpert a Great Place to Work. We provide management and leadership training that promotes better project management and improved efficiencies. Creating a balance allows our leaders to better develop their team.

Pluspunten

Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

Minpunten

A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications
