Allows remote work. Nothing else to say here. Really, nothing at all.

Minpunten

Any time to save a penny they will do it. Won't supply needed equipment if it costs more than $20. Lays off long time employees with no warning and little or no severance. Places goals for utilization that you have no control over.

Pluspunten

Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

Minpunten

A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications
