Pluspunten

"Teammates" are very easy to work with and are supportive. You will work overtime which is paid a time and 1/2 of what your hourly wage is. If you're traveling, you do get per diem each day. You do get a company truck. HSA/401k contributions.

Minpunten

You will travel at months at a time, so if you're a young family guy/gal, it's not ideal for family time. No bonuses in years from what seasoned workers have told me.

Pluspunten

Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

Minpunten

A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications
