Clients are the best and most wonderful people you will ever meet. Some of the supervisors are great! They make every trouble with upper staff manageable because how much you love them.

Administration lacks concern or care for support staff at times. Can be a high stress environment because of turn over rate. Residential supervisors ask far too much and make you feel a bit guilty if you do not take on additional shifts beyond full time hours.
