Pluspunten
Day to day, working at WorkFusion was great. This was mostly made good by the people around you being very bright and working well together. The technology is good, when it works, and the type of projects you get involved with were interesting and challenging. Pay was on par with market.
Minpunten
Positive moments were overshadowed by the negatives. Leadership is totally disconnected from reality and teams on the ground with no interest in listening to or working with staff. The product is extremely hard to consume and expensive making it impossible to sell and implement. This resulted in a toxic culture, no transparancy, constant churn, constant change of direction, no communication and leadership being on a different planet. During my time at the company this got worse and worse as things got tougher. Blame was placed on anyone apart from the senior leadership team who exist in a bubble.
