This startup is run by an amazing group of passionate and caring individuals. So supportive and dedicated to fun and positive team dynamics, there is also a real feeling that your coworkers have your back.

As is common with startups, there is always more work to be done and so energy is needed to maintain a reasonable work/life balance. There is definitely a work hard, play hard mentality- but I didn't find it to be a problem ever really, and the team is super supportive of taking time off when needed

The entire team is just made up of great individuals. I started there as an intern and even as an intern I was asked to participate in quarterly meetings and as a team we explored ideas of how to further progress our mission as a company and set goals. It was a small team and so I truly felt that I was being heard and my opinions or ideas were being considered which made me feel highly valued. Working with a small team, you get to know each other really well and they start to feel like family. ++ they all love cookies and we used to do cookie breaks and share them, always fun and tasty! also paid internships was super great! Also we did bi-weekly check ins with the COO and this was a great time to make sure we were on track with goals and discuss any general things, I thought this spoke very highly of how they valued employee wellness and happiness.

At the moment, cant think of any cons. Maybe more puppy Fridays?
