Pluspunten

Very good company provides different kinds of challenges to learn more in software industry. Employees are pushed to take full ownership that creates sense of responsibility. People's are helping in nature so you also build a quality of helping others.

Minpunten

Work pressure is high Current code base is like 5-7 years old technology and not supporting current scenario. Some services even stopped for maintenance. You spent most of time in correcting the existing system rather than building new features.

They have a clear vision for the ecosystem-led growth market, which makes you feel like you’re part of something that is actually defining a category. The compensation and benefits are competitive, and there is a real sense of camaraderie among the teams. If you are someone who likes to take ownership of your projects, the leadership gives you the autonomy to do so.

As with any fast-growing company, the work-life balance can be a bit of a moving target. There are "crunch" periods where the pace is very intense, and the internal processes are still evolving, so you have to be comfortable with a bit of ambiguity. It’s not a 9-to-5 "clock in, clock out" kind of environment, but the impact you make is visible.
