Good technical growth and a lot of exposure

No cons i can think of.

They are Able to mislead people with their sweet talks.

- They doesn't know how to behave with employees (specially HR team). If I am able to give the rating as per HR team's work then I'd like to give 0/10. - HR team have not communicate with the employees. Employees does not get the reply on time. If an employee have sent a message to HR then he/she will get the response within 2 days or more than that time. - They have their own rules, which they have impose on the employees. Doesn't make any sense. - They don't have communication skills. Lack of etiquette and discipline. - I'll not recommend to any person to join this company. - Doesn't know the value of time. They have not conducted meetings on time. - Salary holds. - Unwanted deductions from salary. - Management does not know to how to manage the work load.
