Pluspunten
The summer internship at cost plus is a great experience to see into corporate retail life. The program itself which is organized by someone in HR is put together very well! Time is split between working on your own projects with your department and getting together with the other interns to attend meetings and lunches with executives and department heads. They treat the interns very well.
Minpunten
There was a lack of organization for my projects prior to my arrival. I was expecting to have projects lined up that I would be able to start when I arrived. It felt like little thought had been put into what I would be doing that summer. Although, my department was very busy at the time and I understand why there may have not been enough time to do this.
