Stipend payment always subject to changes. Not transparent enough to see the program's direction. Can't see where the career path is going working as a consultant.

Minpunten

The workload can be intense with high expectations for delivery. The proprietary nature of the work means using many in-house tools rather than industry-standard open source. Can feel siloed depending on which specific project or team you are assigned to.
