A leadership team that has not got the support of most of their staff Decisions taking months to be made and then made out of panic and costing large amounts of money Surveys undertaken apparently to listen to the employees but no changes made A global redundancy programme announced by the leadership team on the day of an employees funeral at the same time as saying they would not be impacted themselves and then carried out without empathy or knowledge by the completely incompetent HR department An HR team so poor that there is no consistency in recruitment, no proper induction, payroll mistakes have even included people being paid twice, incorrect tax payments & paperwork. Any request for help is met with silence. Salaries well under market. No payrises or bonuses this year. No reward for loyalty and the sabbatical scheme has been cancelled. No culture left and with the the office about to close for the summer and then reopen in a space so small no teams will be able to get together This is a business in crisis. People are looking to leave almost as soon as they arrive and realise the mistake they have made and all the time the leadership team ignores it and blames others
