No progression, stagnant team. Salary is awful, you can earn more stacking shelves at a supermarket. Grouped under customer service instead of Risk, means you don’t require a higher salary. 10 cases a day, most days you don’t get them until 12:30 , gives you less than 4 hrs to complete. Seniors reject most and you have to redo. Management is non existent. Passive aggressive emails. Call centre targets that are posted in chats throughout the day, micro managed. Can’t move into another team for a year.
