Should you take a job there, the normal people will be looking for another job, and since you only talk to the owners and HR director before getting hired, you won't realize what a disaster the place is.

You are not allowed to go to any industry events with insurance company reps or underwriters without an owner or leadership person present because they know everyone just complains about how awful the place is. They have you make up information to get quotes. We are instructed to lie to our insurance companies about risks. I placed an account where all our markets declined because of the roof condition and was told to lie to a company about why everyone else declined.
