This is a very close knit company and they care about you even outside of the work walls. There is no drama, the office setting is peaceful and the pay is good. You get treated like an individual at Woundtech and the owners are always expressing their gratitude to the employees. We also have a great selection of benefits available to us. This company is set to grow exponentially in the next couple of years.

It took me exactly 1 year to get recruited. After submitting several application. I find that in my department, once we're in, we stay. Also, I wish that they would match our 401k at some percentage, somewhere like 50% at minimum. $01k is present but they currently do not match at all. It has been spoken that sometime in the future, they would move to contribute to our 401k.

We appreciate the feedback both positive and what we can be doing better. Now that we have a 401k, we can look into more options in the future. We can also inquire about a stock option.
