Pluspunten
The people here are genuinely friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. To me it’s a great learning environment with lots of opportunities to pick up new skills with their huddles and workshops. The centre genuinely care about the learning of the students, and supporting parents. Not everyone can balance that well between business needs and the real learning imo. Management seems hands-on and approachable. Appreciate that the company is very structured, with SOPs, detailed briefs, and guidance that help you get your job done. While I’ve seen and also heard some negative reviews, it haven’t reflected my experience so far. Not sure what is going on, but do not think that is what is happening 98% of the time.
Minpunten
Workload can get heavy at times, so I had to manage my energy and time well. Would be great to have even more cross-team or branch communications to stay more connected. Things move quickly, so it takes some time to adapt to the fast-paced environment at first. Would say a certain type of personalities may not enjoy.
