Great marketing and brand recognition. Great product to sell. Good recognition for performance. Free drinks and soda. Good pay potential. Fun people/culture.

Minpunten

Horrible expectations for quota attainment. No historical data for the month taken into consideration. The sales tools are great for inside sales teams, yet insidesales.com doesn't use them for themselves.

Thank you for sharing your perspectives. We have put a lot of focus on creating a high-energy, fun environment, where sales people are compensated and recognized for high performance. So we're glad you saw that. Following a large hiring surge late last year (went from 320 Accelerators to > 700), more and more people are achieving quota every month as they complete training and build their pipeline. We have every reason to believe that the vast majority of our sales people will achieve quota by year-end.
