Pluspunten

It's a comfortable environment to work at, and not located in a very busy area. Easy to commute to. My manager was very good at helping me create some cool tools for the company to use.

Minpunten

I got hired on as a non-development position. They changed me to development after 1 day of training, and would not pay me a developers salary. Didn't seem very honest in their pay.

Sorry that it did not work out for you here. We're glad that you found the environment good and your manager supportive. I don't know what happened with your position as one of the reasons we've been able to reduce attrition below industry standards is by paying competitively, and ensuring top performers are paid above market.
