      Nice helpful and friendly environment. The company is very good for fresher candidates. You can learn many new things and skills.

      Pressure to do billable hours by yourself. The management can only hear from your direct supervisor/manager. They don't ask you what you are comfortable with.

      They motivate you to keep moving up in your career and take on more certifications and skills. Very good work culture, strong middle management and top management, and a very progressive company.
