Cons Overworked Underpaid Work life balance is not great due to having to put in extra hours for the amount of work expected and saying there is not enough time due to volume of work is not accepted and want you to keep doing more with less soon some teams will have two people trying to do the work of 10. Job never feels safe lately, no loyalty. Total lack of communication Siloed teams Will pile on more & more work Will get rid of you without batting an eyelid if it helps the books look better! Affect’s people health and higher management don’t care they only care about sales but still try to screw them over with commission. Everyone thinks they are getting ready to sell the company.
