Too bad they're in a terrible place of work. Leadership is an absolute joke and doesn't provide any inspiration or genuine human connection whatsoever. They really like to pat themselves on the back constantly. Communication is practically non-existent so good luck trying to figure out how to piece any project together. I would describe their approach as "surface level" and that's putting it mildly. I encourage you to read the other reviews on here. They sum it up perfectly. No career advancement, high-pressure toxicity, high turnover rate, low morale, and just an overall mess of an organization. It's not worth it in any respect. You're better off anywhere else.
