We regularly review our compensation policy and believe we offer one of the most generous commission schemes of any staffing firm. We supplement our reward policy with a host of other benefits. We run a 10 week training academy, with regular weekly training courses. Additionally we have an external trainer, make regular use of the APSCo training courses and have an executive management coach.
