It's an incentive company, so the perks are awesome! Benefits are also excellent. Each employee works hard and is well paid. Good location and building/parking. Fun industry to work in. Mid-level managers are great to work for.
Minpunten
Office politics play a huge role in your job. The original 7-8 employee hires run the company. If you are not an executive, you don't really know the whole story from day to day and don't get as much respect. The technology is a bit outdated but does the job for some huge clients. Leadership is also a bit outdated and they don't have a good understanding of how technology, sales/marketing and account management have changed in the past 10 years. The HR employee is married to the CEO so it makes staff uncomfortable. There is also a Senior manager married to the other CEO.
