MM4 duped CSC into purchasing them. The SaaS was not a great product. Looked good and as if it had bells' and whistles but there were inherent problems that did not make it worthwhile. CEO and some of the execs has inflated salaries, but given the company lasted as long as it did hanging onto a few large clients they should be commended.
