Thanks for the feedback, But Some Points have misinformation Outlook of the Business and CEO vision, We are leading the Gen AI and Decision Intelligence wave and Positioned ourselves as Data and AI foundry for Autonomous Operation We need talent who can write software , have analytical skills and Solution Minds and We setting up our expectations clearly and defined first 30 days So During the internship expectation is Intern able to write the Code and For that Technical Workshops and experimental Saturdays are conducted to enhance the Skills, Still people are not able to write simple code or Write a program which to be done in 3-4 hours, that taking 3-4 days or do cheating or get it done from outside and when asked about explanation of the program, they asked we are weak in programming, please shift to another profile CEO and Senior Team Conducting Sessions on Saturdays to enhance the Skills of the New People and Interns, But Interns do not even respect them and respond properly Rest As an organisation we Considering changing the Internship Process and this year we Conducting Workshops and Experimental Saturdays before onboarding the Interns
