The boss I had then gave sufficient leeway to explore technology to enhance operational reliability and was open to process improvements. This translated to high job satisfaction and motivation. Some unofficial flexibility in work timing. Very happy and strong IT team previously.
Minpunten
Challenging work life balance. Extremely lean team on very limited budget. Family oriented company. As in any organizations, it will be helpful to quickly suss out the lines of demarcation. Pay is not that great.
