All the problems within XYNYTH can be attributed to one person, the president. The president of XYNYTH consistently micromanages and belittles his employees. He implements sales strategies based on no data or research and concentrates the majority of their marketing efforts on ineffectual mail-out campaigns. Which consists of the entire office stuffing literature into envelopes for the afternoon. The president’s abrasive personality has also led to an extreme amount of turn over within XYNYTH. During my tenure we went through 4 sales executives, 4 executive assistants and 3 receptionists. Ultimately he cares more about increasing his own personal wealth rather than the success of his company or employees.
