approachable and fair upper management, great projects that are fun to work on, employees and interdisciplinary teams are empowered to have a meaningful impact on the game, since small teams have full authority over big parts of the project the working environment sometimes feels indie-ish in a positive way, literally no crunch over the last three years (one exception was everyone having to stay a couple of hours longer every day for two weeks with fair compensation, but nothing crazy!), currently independent from any publisher due to self-publishing the game "The Cycle"
