I worked at YESA as a door-to-door sales rep, and honestly it was a pretty bad experience. When I first applied, the job sounded like it was going to be this high-end sales role with good pay and growth potential. But once I started, I realized it was just knocking on doors selling internet, which was nothing like what I was told. The whole thing felt misleading. What really threw me off was the vibe at the company. The recruiter who reached out to me first was using a regular YESA email, but then after I joined, she started emailing me from a Scientology email address, which made me feel really uncomfortable. It honestly felt like I was joining a cult. The work environment was super intense, and they’re always pushing you to recruit others. It kind of felt like a pyramid scheme, and the pressure to conform was real. I didn’t feel like there was much real training or support, just a ton of emphasis on hitting numbers. It made everything feel pretty fake and not like a place that actually cares Overall, I wouldn’t recommend working here if you’re looking for a honest job. The whole thing felt sketchy, and I left as soon as I could.
