Over the past three years, the company’s culture has been going downhill. With the arrival of new owners, leadership has become more closed off, keeps changing the rules, and is gradually turning into VK. First, they made the compensation scheme less transparent; then they started changing the rules to allow advertising betting; now they’ve banned open discussion by introducing registration on an internal portal where people previously could freely speak out anonymously.
