The people were really the strength of this company. At least those who shared the same vision and values, and were willing to work tougher as a team.

Minpunten

Major cuts came in 2020. They let a lot of highly trained, experienced people go. Yes, maybe you can blame the pandemic, but I know of NO other supplier who let over 400 people go permanently. Leadership was lacking big time, with little or no direction given at all. Autonomy is a good thing, but you should at least feel like your management cares about what you’re doing. Accountability was seriously lacking as well. A lot of finger pointing, rather than trying to fix the issues. The CEO who made the major cuts is no longer there, so hopefully they will be able to recover, move forward, and make it a better place for those who survived the cuts last year.

Like most, we were forced to make difficult adjustments due to the effects of COVID-19. As we emerge from the pandemic, our leaders are taking a very hands-on approach to ensuring every business unit has the resources required to succeed.
