Pluspunten

Work/Life balance is great. 5 days/month in the office. I was working with a great team, great supervisor and have some awesome colleagues. Salary is acceptable considering workload with great bonus but President has changed in July therefore, the bonus deal could have changed. Nice to have holiday party for employees' children

Minpunten

Communication from top level to lower level is bad. Employee turnover in some departments is high. Could be laid off same day anytime even as a great employee with seniority
