Senior management, especially within engineering, lacks sufficient experience, which negatively affects technical direction and long-term planning. The engineering organization also lacks a strong, cohesive culture, making it difficult to establish best practices or a shared sense of ownership. Many decisions and processes feel written in stone and resistant to change, even when improvements are clearly justified. There is a shortage of senior engineers, and compensation for higher engineering levels is below market. Additionally, product direction often feels reactive, with a focus on copying competitors rather than leading through innovation.

Thank you for your review! However, we do not currently employee an SEO Specialist. And we do not have any employees in Philadelphia or Pennsylvania, or an office there. If I were to guess, you have likely posted a review for the wrong company by mistake. In any case, I would like to provide some further insight. For the past several years, we have always provided substantial pay raises for all team members, as high as 30% in cases where this was well deserved. We always consider performance and growth within the company when evaluating a salary increase. Especially for 2022, significant salary increases were provided across the board, with the total average across the whole company being close to 15%, when the market standard is way less than 8%. If you feel that the way we manage salary increases can be improved, please do reach out to me directly during our regular one-on-one meetings - I would really value your view on this. Perhaps we can improve further, and I would welcome any assistance to do that.
