Absolutely nothing I can say. I am ashamed to work for this company. We lie and cheat our way through everyday. We are told to state that deliveries have been attempted when we know this to be a complete fabrication. We leave packages in vulnerable places just to speed up the load. Appalling practices and we need closing down

Everything listed above and more. Yodel is a disgrace just look at our costumer service reviews on line. nearly 90% rated us just one star

Lots of cool perks, like free food and back massages, and good training.

All sales jobs are tough this is no exception, you have to get used to people freaking out on the phone at you. That's actually par for the course of course.
