Serious divide between girls and boys, have to be a certain type of person to fit in.. a few people in leadership are very manipulative and will try to show you up in the open office by making you look stupid for not knowing something whilst still in training because it makes them feel better especially when they’re behind in they’re target. Flexibility is pretended to be encouraged, definitely doesn’t earn you any brownie points in the team. Barely give you any tools and then say ‘it’s just recruitment’, when they can’t provide correct or even minimal client or job briefs. Don’t work here unless you want to make your life sincerely harder for no reason
