There are some very professional and competent managers at the operational level. However, the planning and decision-making from senior leadership was extremely poor. A significant number of employees were made redundant, and it was clear that there was no structured plan in place. The process felt rushed and unorganized, leaving many people uncertain and anxious about their future. The redundancies were handled as if nothing significant was happening, with little transparency or reassurance provided to staff. It created a stressful environment and damaged trust within the company. Anyone considering working here in the future should approach with caution and be aware of how such situations may be managed.
